"The Hippodrome" is a digital painting in a series that I was commissioned to create for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Terre Haute, Indiana. This piece takes you back to how the Hippodrome Theater looked when it was first erected in 1915 during the heyday of Vaudeville. The theatre hosted such famed celebrities as Al Jolson, Lucille Ball, Will Rogers, Jack Benny, Buster Keaton and even Bob Hope.
Each piece in this series will include a historic building from the Terre Haute area and is printed on quality matte art paper. A nice gift for the history buff or anyone who has great memories of Terre Haute, Indiana. Start your collection today!
